Day 115: Pyramids and Socrative

In Math 6 today, Lesson 7.7: Area of Pyramids was reintroduced and practiced.

Math 6+ students continued their work with surface area of pyramids. Students then completed a Socrative as a review for the week.

Today's lesson objective(s):
  • Represent three-dimensional figures using nets made up of rectangles and triangles.
  • Use the nets to find the surface area of these figures.
  • Apply these techniques in the context of solving real-world and mathematical problems.
