In Common Core Math Six today, students checked their Evening Practice, page 33 and 34, with an answer key provided on the board.

The last lesson of Chapter Three, Lesson 3.10: Comparing and Ordering Rational Numbers, was introduced, modeled, and practiced.  Mr. Giomini again focused on comparing fractions with unlike denominators by finding the denominators LCM to create common denominators which makes the task easier.

• order fractions from least to greatest.
• convert fractions to decimals.  
• convert decimals to fractions.

• complete page 37 in Chapter Three.
