Math 6 students worked with Lesson 7.2: Solve Triangle Area Problems. Students used their work with parallelograms and rectangles to help guide them into determining the formula used for calculating the area of a triangle.
Math 6+ students began their work with Topic Six: Geometry. Mr. Giomini modeled and discussed the area of trapezoids. Students were tasked with creating a new formula.
