In Math Six today, students completed their line plot from Friday using data generated by class surveys.  Students need to infer as to what question's data they had based on the numbers in their envelope.

Identify the measures of central tendency.

In Pre-Algebra today, students wrote algebraic expressions from various word phrases.  We introduced the table below that provided us with phrases and expressions that have a specific mathematical meaning in Algebra.  Students then utilized the textbook to gain addition practice with translating and writing algebraic expressions from word problems.
