Day 113: Review

Students in Math 6 spent time working with a colleague to brush up on calculating the surface area for rectangular and triangular prisms.

Math 6+ students spent time polishing up their skills with triangular prisms, cylinders, and spheres.

Today's lesson objective(s):
  • Represent three-dimensional figures using nets made up of rectangles and triangles. 
  • Use the nets to find the surface area of these figures. 
  • Apply these techniques in the context of solving real-world and mathematical problems.
