Class Topics: 10.23.14

In Common Core Math Six today, students checked their Evening Practice with an answer key provided by Mr. Giomini.  Lesson 4.2: Adding and Subtracting with Decimals was introduced, modeled, and practiced in class.  This is a review skill from previous grades.  The focus was to line up decimals when adding and subtracting.  Positive and negative decimals were utilized to increase the rigor of the task.

• complete page seven and eight in Chapter Four.
