After checking pages twelve and thirteen from last night's Evening Practice, students were introduced to Lesson 3.4: Subtracting Integers. This is one of the more challenging lessons of the chapter. Mr. Giomini modeled Keep-Change-Change to the students to help with subtracting integers.

- use positive and negative numbers to represent quantities in real-world contexts, explaining the meaning of 0 in each situation.
- recognize opposite signs of numbers as indicating location on opposite sides of 0 on the number line.
