Class Topics: 04.24.14

In Common Core Math Six, students in 1 and 3° discussed the Chapter Eleven Posttest with Mr. Giomini. Problems were modeled that students struggled with on the assessment.  Students utilized the remaining time during the period to preview Chapter Twelve - Graphs and Functions using Khan Academy in preparation for a future pretest once OAA's conclude.

During 2° students reviewed last night's Evening Practice that dealt with content from Chapter Seven - Geometry. Class continued with OAA review using a released assessment.  Mr. Giomini then spent the last fifteen minutes working with students on their Evening Practice for Thursday.

Students in 4° reviewed content from Chapter Eleven in preparation for Friday's Chapter Eleven Posttest. Today's focus was creating and solving equations or inequalities from context.  iPads and Chromebooks were accessible for students.
