Class Topics: 09.23.13

In Common Core Math Six today, students in 1, 3, and  reviewed their quizzes from Friday.  Mr. Giomini modeled some problems dealing with scientific notation since that caused students some issues on the quiz.  Lesson 2.5: Greatest Common Factor was introduced and practiced by students in class.  Word problems such as the one below were discussed to model the application of the skill.
