Day 88: Graphing Ratios

Students in Math 6 worked with Lesson 5.4: Represent and Graph Ratios.This skill builds upon our work with creating part:part and part:whole ratios from different scenarios and comparing ratios by looking for equivalent terms.
Learning Intentions:

• Represent equivalent ratios on graphs.
• Use ratio tables and graphs to solve problems.

Math 6+ students continued their work with solving proportions from different word problems. Some of these answers were then graphed.

Learning Intentions:

• Look for proportional relationships between terms. 
• Generate equivalent ratios to create a proportional relationship.
