Day 169: Writing Inequalities / Volume & Surface Area Review / Graphing Equations

Today in 1 and 3° Math 6, students concentrated on writing inequalities from various real-world story problems.

In 2° Math 6, Mr. Giomini distributed to the students their Volume and Surface Area posttests.  Students then had an opportunity to view their peers in a performance.

Students in 7° Math 6+ began to graph linear equations today.

Today's Learning Targets: The student will be able to...
  • understand solving an equation or inequality as a process of answering a question. (1 and 3°)
  • solve and graph linear equations. (7°)
For Evening Practice, the student is expected to...
  • 1 and 3° -
    • Have 100% of 6th Grade Khan Skills mastered by May 27th.
  • 2° -
