In Math 6 during 2°, students reviewed their work with calculating the area of triangles and trapezoids from last night's evening practice. A Kahoot! was utilized to check the student's comprehension of the two skills.
Mr. Giomini did not meet with his 3° students due to a presentation by students involved in the JVS program.
During Math 6+, students were introduced to the triangular prism which adds to: cubes, rectangular prisms and cylinders as three-dimensional shapes that we can calculate surface area and volume.

- find the surface area of a right rectangular prism with fractional edge lengths. (1, 3 and 7°)
For Evening Practice, the student is expected to...
- 1° -
- Handout from Mr. Giomini.
- Have 100% of 6th Grade Khan Skills mastered by May 27th.
