Today in Math 6: 1 & 3°, students completed several review questions for a grade to help further develop their understanding of operations with fractions.
During Math 6 - 2°, students continued their work with Lesson 4.4: Polygons on the Coordinate Plane. Mr. Giomini reviewed the class's definition regarding polygons from Friday before beginning the lesson.
Students in Math 6+ completed four timed tasks dealing with operations with rational numbers.

- solve real-world and mathematical problems by writing and solving equations. (1, 3, & 7°)
- apply and extend previous understandings of numbers to the system of rational numbers. (2°)
- fluently add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers using the standard algorithm for each operation. (all classes)
For Evening Practice, the student is expected to complete:
- Math 6(1&3): Continue test preparation (Test on Friday, November 20th)
- Math 6(2): Pages 205 and 207
- Math 6+: Continue test preparation (Test on Friday, November 20th)
- All Classes: m > 10 minutes meaningful practice at Khan Academy
