Class Topics: 10.23.13

In Common Core Math Six, students in 1, 3, and  began class by completing a Challenge Problem utilizing the skills practiced in Chapter Three. Today, Lesson 3.9: Equivalent Fractions and Decimals was introduced and practiced using iPads.


Students in  reviewed their Evening Practice with Mr. Giomini.  Mr. Giomini assigned the students several Khan Skills that they were able to complete using the iPads.  At the back table, Mr. Giomini circulated students through with their pretest to make corrections to numbers eight through seventeen to help with preparation for Friday's midpoint quiz.

    • complete Lesson 3.8 Challenge and Lesson 3.9 Practice C and Problem Solving
