Class Topics: 10.07.11

In EDM today, we began to put the finishing touches on Unit Two in preparation for our 100 point summative assessment on Wednesday, the 12th of October.

Remember, you have: Guided Notes, a Unit Two Pretest, your Mathematics Journal, blog resource links, blog demonstration videos, your colleagues, and myself to help prepare yourself for this assessment. We know the format of the assessment because of the Unit One Summative Assessment so I anticipate great results from all eighty-two of you.

                                             

In Pre-Algebra today, we finished up Chapter Two and will spend Monday reviewing for the Chapter Two Summative Assessment on Tuesday, the 11th of October.  We worked with
Scientific Notation as well which helped us condense large and small numbers into factors multiplied by a Power of 10.
