Day 134: Area of Irregular Polygons
Students continued their work with calculating the area of irregular polygons. This skill is challenging because it relies on our ability to deconstruct and compose new shapes with what is already present. We have to be comfortable with shapes such as: squares, rectangles, parallelograms, triangles, and rhombi.
