Today in
Math 6, students were administered the
Topic Two: Integers and Rational Numbers. Skills that are assessed on tomorrow's assessment include:
- knowing different number systems - natural, whole, integers, and rational numbers
- ordering rational numbers from least to greatest
- plotting points on a coordinate plane
- using absolute value to know the distance between two points on a coordinate plane
- calculating the perimeter and area for polygons plotted on the coordinate plane
Students in
Math 6+ received their
Topic Two Posttest back from Mr. Giomini. Questions were discussed that appeared to stump students. Mr. Giomini then introduced a game of
Jeopardy to the students to help with reviewing for the
Topic One and Two Summative Posttest.
