In Common Core Math Six today, students solved two proportion problems that required cross-product to solve.  An answer key was displayed to help with last night's evening practice answers from Lesson 5.6: Using Similar Figures .

Lesson 5.7: Scale Drawings and Scale Models was introduced, modeled, and practiced.  This lesson discussed terms such as: scale model, scale factor, scale, and scale drawing.  Using proportions, students were asked to find a missing dimension/measurement for various problems.
