It will benefit you if you utilize the blog on a daily basis during this unit to help review the material that was presented in class that day.
In Pre-Algebra today, we began lesson 3.1 which dealt with rational numbers. We defined rational numbers as any number that can written as a fraction where the numerator and denominator are integers, but the denominator can never be zero.
Decimals that terminate, end, or repeat, are also considered rational numbers. Simplifying fractions by finding common factors was introduced along with converting fractions into decimals.
